Our mission, our objectives, our mandate
 

As PACO's principal development agencies, the OPD works to eradicate poverty and reduce inequality. We help countries develop policies, leadership skills, partnership capacities, institutional capacities and build resilience to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals. Our work focuses on three priority areas: sustainable development, democratic governance and peacebuilding, and climate and disaster resilience.
