In order to sustain the many achievements made to date and effectively address the remaining challenges, OER will accelerate levels of effort and take transformative actions to help people, CSOs, governments and institutions in Africa achieve their development goals. The details needed to make our goals a reality will be implemented through the next generation of programs adapted to national and regional contexts, through new and innovative initiatives.
