The Pan African Environment Program (PROPANE) is the main PACO agency to create the gold of the memorandum of the Pan African Environment Consortium (COP-02) in environmental matters. The organization is a community action for  healthy environment in Africa, contributes and participates in the coherent implementation of the healthy environmental dimension in Africa and serves as an advocate for the rights and protection of the healthy environment in Africa. Its mission is to offer assistance and  leadership in caring for the environment by being exemplary, by informing and enabling African nations and peoples to improve their  life without compromising that of future generations.
